# Solderia Wiki

**Solderia** is a persistent medieval 4X strategy game where players build powerful cities, train armies, form alliances and compete for control of an evolving kingdom.

Every player begins with a small settlement and must develop it into a fortified stronghold. Progress requires careful management of resources, construction, research, troops and military operations across the world map.

The kingdom continues to evolve even when individual players are offline. Alliances expand, armies move, objectives change ownership and new conflicts emerge throughout the world.

## Build Your Kingdom

Your city is the center of your power.

Construct and upgrade buildings to unlock new troops, technologies, production bonuses and military capabilities. Every upgrade contributes to your overall progression and prepares your kingdom for increasingly difficult challenges.

Players must balance several areas of development:

* Resource production
* Building upgrades
* Research and technology
* Troop training
* Army healing
* Defensive preparation
* Military expansion

A strong army depends on a strong economy.

## Explore the World

Solderia features a large persistent kingdom map populated by players, monsters, resource nodes and strategic objectives.

From the world map, players can:

* Gather resources
* Hunt monsters
* Attack enemy castles
* Reinforce allies
* Join Rally attacks
* Establish military camps
* Capture strategic objectives
* Compete for control of the kingdom

Armies physically travel across the map, making distance, march speed, positioning and timing important strategic factors.

## Train and Command Armies

Players can train multiple troop types, each with a different role on the battlefield:

* **Infantry** provides protection and frontline durability.
* **Cavalry** offers mobility and offensive pressure.
* **Archers** deal damage from behind the frontline.
* **Siege units** specialize in attacking fortified targets.

Army composition, troop strength, research, bonuses and participating commanders can influence the result of a battle.

Military operations can be carried out individually or together with alliance members through the Rally system.

## Form Alliances

Alliances are a central part of Solderia.

Players can join forces to support each other, coordinate attacks, defend important positions and compete for major kingdom objectives.

Alliance members can:

* Help accelerate development
* Reinforce allied players
* Start and join Rallies
* Share military information
* Capture Regional Forts
* Defend alliance objectives
* Earn alliance rewards
* Compete for access to the Palace

The strongest alliances are not defined only by Power. Coordination, participation, timing and leadership are equally important.

## Capture Regional Forts

Regional Forts are major alliance objectives located throughout the kingdom.

An alliance must organize a Rally to capture a Fort. Once controlled, the Fort provides a permanent strategic bonus to its owning alliance and can be defended by stationed troops and additional Reinforcements.

Capturing a Regional Fort also qualifies the alliance for access to the Palace.

## Fight for the Palace

The Palace represents the ultimate objective of the kingdom.

Only alliances that meet the required access conditions can participate in the battle for control of the Palace. Victory requires preparation, coordination and the ability to maintain control against the strongest alliances in the kingdom.

The alliance that controls the Palace gains influence over the kingdom and earns the right to stand at the center of Solderia's political and military conflict.

More information about the Palace system will be added to the Wiki as the feature becomes available.

## A Persistent Strategy Experience

Solderia is designed around long-term progression and persistent competition.

Your decisions can affect:

* The development of your army
* Your alliance's position in the kingdom
* Access to strategic objectives
* Future battles for territorial control

Progress is not limited to combat. Diplomacy, preparation, economic development and alliance organization are essential parts of the game.

## Play Across Multiple Platforms

Solderia is being developed as a cross-platform strategy experience for:

* Windows
* Android
* iOS

Players can access the same persistent kingdom and continue their progression across supported platforms.

New pages will be published as additional systems, mechanics and kingdom objectives become available. Some values and rules may also be adjusted during testing and balancing.

The Wiki will eventually include detailed information about:

* City development
